Careers & Volunteers

What if your work changed lives, including your own?

At Tamassee Hope Village, a career is more than a job. It’s a calling rooted in compassion, purpose, and possibility. Every role supports children and families on their journey toward stability, healing, and hope. Whether you’re guiding, teaching, supporting, or serving behind the scenes, your work here matters deeply.

We’re looking for individuals who bring empathy, integrity, and a desire to make a difference. In return, you’ll find a supportive team, meaningful work, and the opportunity to be part of something bigger than yourself.
